The two screenshots I posted above illustrate the still existing problem. It
seams nothing happens here. Really sad!
Why is it so hard to bring back the behavior of KDE4?

I did in Bug 354879 not ask for the "pin button". That's not the solution to
this bug. None at all.
I was asking for the behaver of KED 4. There all items, like Kickoff,
Clipboard, Networkmanager or Notifications
