The bug seems to have been fixed for me, at least. I've not noticed it happen
for a while. Although that may be partially because the bug conditioned me to

I discovered a couple of things.
Firstly, after the bug has occurred and you have a window tiled outside the
screen, you can then use super+drag to bring it back, and without
