Also, screen layout change from "Switch to external laptop" to "Extend to

When using Wayland instead of X11, I can use the keypad when typing the
password to KDE Wallet without having to turn numlock off and on again, but the
issue still exists with lock screen.

There is no modified icon for a particular type of document. There is just one

I think there is no "modified" icon in the icon theme that you are using.
I would suggest installing a better icon theme such as the breeze-icon-theme,
