This bug seems solved in kde neon based on Ubuntu 20.04 (at least on my
upgraded system). Removing and reinstalling apparmor and snapd may help (Anyway
I still have snapd removed)

So, this worked for me, but after rebooting my machine, akonadi did not start,
and a manual start with akonadictl resulted in the same old failure and error
