STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open the Bluetooth System Tray Popup 2. Ensure that Bluetooth is disabled OBSERVED RESULT The "Enable Bluetooth" checkbox is grayed-out and not clickable (see attachment). EXPECTED RESULT The checkbox is clickable and toggling the checkbox enables Bluetooth.
