STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. See monitor arrangement in the screenshot, might also happen on just a
single vertical screen.
OBSERVED RESULT
The wallpaper is not rotated correctly on the left vertical monitor

Correctly rotated wallpaper

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Possibly a regression, worked fine with the previous wallpaper. Not tested
whether altering the screen in the display settings helps to get it corrected.
