SUMMARY
Kate's "Symbol List" plugin uses dated low-resolution icons which don't fit
with Breeze.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the "Symbol Viewer" plugin in Kate's settings
2. Open a C++/Python file
OBSERVED RESULT
The plugin toolbar and symbols in it have old low-resolution icons.
EXPECTED RESULT
The toolbar and the symbol icons are sharp and Breeze-compatible.
