Summary: Upon clicking the "Updates Available" system tray
icon, Discover loads and gets the updates. The list of
updates repeatedly "blinks" or refreshes. Clicking
"Update All" or "Check for Updates" doesn't seem to do
anything.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click "Updates" in system tray
2. Wait for Discover to get updates
OBSERVED RESULT
Discover's Updates list blinks/refreshes repeatedly.
Clicking "Update All" does nothing.
Discover eventually crashes.
EXPECTED RESULT
Discover's Updates list shows, and allows user to click the "Update All" button
to update packages.
