These packages are supposed to updated again and again.
SUMMARY
Every time after rebooting Discover wants me to install the same packages again
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reboot and login to Neon.
2. See the Discover icon with the blue or red dot in the task bar. Click on
it.
3. Click update and wait.
4. When all updates are installed progress with step 1.
OBSERVED RESULT
Updated packages are not updated or not marked/written in the updates database.
