SUMMARY
In Debian11/KDE I can't change tracks' ratings: I click on Toggle Maximize in
the bottom left to show the track details, and it shows track info but when I
click on the stars it doesn't do anything.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Toggle Maximize in the bottom left to show the track details
2. Try to rate track

Rating is not set

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The second problem is how to make the star rating display in the mini-view when
you make the window have a very small width: how to display ratings (change
columns) there?
