SUMMARY
Clicking and dragging on the right-half of the Playlist scrollbar doesn't work.
All other scrollbars in Elisa seem to work fine. Possibly the same as bug
464698 in NeoChat. (not 100% sure though, as I don't know what's causing it).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable the Playlist sidebar
2. Add enough tracks to make the scrollbar appear
3. Click on the right-half of the scrollbar and drag
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
Playlist should scroll
