UPDATE
The issues was fixed by installing Nvidia Propietary Drivers.
Nouveau and QT5-WebEngine have issues.

It would be helpful if you could put update the issue regarding Nouveau and
QT5-WebEngine on Falkon's website.

Debian uses old software versions, because there is a long testing phase.
Improvements made to newer versions are rarely backported, unless they are
critical.

Update:
On it's first try, it inmediately froze the entire desktop interface when I
tried to run it using Netrunner 19.08, which uses Debian Buster repos.
I couldn't move the mouse nor the shortcut to bring a TTY T
