STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the app from Discover
2. Start the app
OBSERVED RESULT
The icon appears in the taskbar, but then goes away after 2 seconds and the app
does not open. No crash dialog appears.
EXPECTED RESULT
The app's main window should appear and the app should stay open.
