When waking up from sleep, sometimes my second monitor won't turn on. It shows
as "enabled" and visible in the display manager but gets no signal. It's
connected over display port directly to the GPU.
Only seems to happen on Wayland.

The screen is 4K and has HDR (but not enabled). My other screen connected over
HDMI never has issues.
