SUMMARY
since the 6.1.3 update my external screen lag (mouse, video ....)
that is my only log about this issue:
kwin_wayland: kwin_scene_opengl: Invalid framebuffer status: 
"GL_FRAMEBUFFER_INCOMPLETE_ATTACHMENT"
