SUMMARY
When quickly scrolling on the system tray icon for brightness going to 100% as
example the popup for brightness will show 100% however when clicking the
system tray it will either show a lower value or will report an incorrect value
(showing 100% but not being max brightness)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start on a value not 0% or 100%
2. Quickly scroll to either maximum or minimum brightness
3. Observe in the panel for brightness being incorrect
OBSERVED RESULT
When scrolling quickly to max brightness on system tray icon will show 100% in
popup and actually be another value in panel when system tray icon is clicked.
or
When scrolling quickly to max brightness panel will show 100% but brightness
will be not maximum
EXPECTED RESULT
When scrolling quickly to max brightness the screen should be set to max
brightness and should display so in the panel as it is in the popup for
scrolling
