SUMMARY
I updated my packages from discover, and was using QT5/4 Theme Engine so the
core of QT5 and libQT5 was updated too, and they were updated with errors or so
many bugs, it disabled the option to my ethernet and check my battery status
and slowed down my system due to constant loops in the runtime. I tried to find
a solution but I needed to reinstall and downgrade my KDE Neon Version. Later I
updated the version again and I find the issue again but now with troubles in
the entire QT5 Core. As the following backtrace:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install QT5 if it's not installed, and the dependencies for the theme engine
2. Update and upgrade all the packages (even with the normal releases, no
testing)
3. Crashes due to "wait for events" on some applications or programs, check all
the desktop.
OBSERVED RESULT
Crashes so many applications
EXPECTED RESULT
Open apps with normality.
