SUMMARY
I have started to use vokoscreen recorder. (vokoscreenNG)
Upon launching Spectacle via PRINTSCREEN button, I go to menus to screen record
and it is listed but shown as INSTALL, versus me having access to start the
app.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install vokoscreenNG
2. Call Spectacle via Printscreen button on keyboard
3. Navigate: Tools, Record Screen, Vokoscreen
