With the new UI it seems that if you have "use last used capture method"
selected and spectacle launches in "rectangular region" mode, there's no clear
way to get to the main UI of the app in order to change the selection method.
I ended up having to hit "copy" to take a screenshot and return to the main
window in order to make a screen recording.
