Bug ID: 360099 Summary: GUI caps values too low. Product: Touchpad-KCM Version: unspecified Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: kcm Assignee: rajeeshknamb...@gmail.com Reporter: p...@muddygoat.org Hi, The KCM touchpad module caps certain values, e.g. 20.0 for vertical and horizontal scroll distance, and 20 for maximum finger movement. For me, I need touchpad values that are much higher. This works well for me: synclient VertScrollDelta=100 HorizScrollDelta=100 MaxTapMove=50 As it stands, the defaults and also all ranges that I can set within the UI lead to far too sensitive touchpad use (e.g. such that scrolling is impossibly too sensitive). The caps should be removed, and the default values should also be more sensible (higher). Reproducible: Always -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
