No i' don't know.
I used Win10 last version available while this summer and run the setup.exe,
without any warning.
So, i suppose that level of security is relevant of this warning.

Oh, ok, I just wanted to make sure you were aware of this situation.
On the other hand, are you sure it has to do with the Windows Store? I
installed many open source programs in my computer and none (or virtually none)
