At the start we do a test to see whether the basic functions of the DB work. If
no tables can be created in SQLite, the write permissions are missing. Possibly

Ok, the bug is back and now is stronger
Everytime I open DigiKam I get the can't create table message.
My SqlLite DB is locally hosted. My files are hosted on a Raspberry Pi 4 with
