I noticed a similar issue was addressed in version 8.4.0 (referencing Bug
#398387). I would like to propose a similar enhancement.
It would be implemented by either introducing a global configuration option in
the settings or adding a dedicated button (similar to the step-by-frame
button). This feature would greatly assist users who need to manually large
amount of multiple videos.
