SUMMARY
By default Updated Windows 10 machines that does not have Samba 1 enabled
appear correctly in Dolphin Network discovery, but if I Install "wsdd" package
so Windows can discover my linux machine without having to enable Samba 1 in
both machines, then Windows sees Linux,but dolphin stops seen Windows 10
machines.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Clean Install of kUbuntu 23.10
2. Download latest updates
3. sudo apt-get install wsdd -y
The problem also appear if you do not download updates,
