SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.11 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0 Qt Version: 5.15.13 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION libnvidia-tls.so is for Thread Local Storage. Renaming it to prevent it being loaded solves the problem, but why is it being loaded? This seems like a pretty terrible scenario. Some external component is causing undesirable behaviour, but when that component is unavailable, everything works. So literally anything has the potential to break kioslave5. Should kioslave5 be ignoring exceptions while trying to load libraries at this point? Is there a way to blacklist libraries so kioslave5 doesn't try to load them? (I doubt I can get away with removing the thread local storage lib systemwide - I could try it, but I don't expect it'll be pretty.) -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
