Issue reproduction
Tooltip shown as a window when filelight is unfocused. Only happens on Wayland.
Root cause might be a similar issue as
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=442375
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Attached video.
OBSERVED RESULT
Tooltip should be styled as tooltip.
EXPECTED RESULT
Tooltip is styles as a window.
