SUMMARY
The test asserts that "kf5/kconf_update" can be found in "exe". But it is in
"libexec", not in "exe".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. { cd build && ctest || ctest --rerun-failed --output-on-failure; }
OBSERVED RESULT
FAIL! : KStandarddirsTest::testFindResource() '!bin.isEmpty()' returned FALSE.
