I can reproduce this bug on neon unstable with Roboto fonts.
The password field of the screen locker is affected.

I had this same issue on KDE Neon that's based on 18.04, but I cannot reproduce
this anymore on the 20.04 (focal) based KDE Neon. I reckon fontconfig (as
