Bug in master
I noticed this again after upgrading my 5.22 stable system to Frameworks 5.83.
The issue remains in current master.
The issue is only with Plasmoids and not with normal windows.
This bug will only be reproduced if "Background contrast" desktop effect is
enabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable OpenGL compositing
2. Fully enable "Background contrast"

White corners
