I am running Kubuntu 18.04
Plasma: 5.12.5
KDE Frameworks: 5.44.0
QT: 5.9.5
Kernel Version: 4.15.0-22-generic
Gwenview: 17.12.3
Bug: Gwenview plugins not accessible. When I click Plugins -> Install Plugins
the Discover app center will open and display the error "Couldn't open
appstream://photolayoutseditor.desktop" (See attached screenshot) and I cant
see/find any plugins.
