It is very slow to display images taken with the camera

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Display images shot with the camera
2. Display at 100% magnification
OBSERVED RESULT
Movement by wheel drag is very slow
It is slow in the version included in neon
neon \ 18.04
There was no response delay in kubuntu
kubuntu \ 18.04
