[gwenview] [Bug 470159] Gwenview minimum window height is too large when editing tools are shown (accessibility, cut off, 768)

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=470159 --- Comment #4 from fluffy bunny --- i found workaround for this case, my laptop has 1366x768 resolution screen (then this bug occurs on gwenview) what i did : change the resolution to 1280x720, then zoom out 80%, this will make the screen become 1600x
