I have subtitles only on ZDF HD and other channels don't have it.

I've got Kaffeine 2.0.9 and I checked Kaffeine 2.0.1 because there wasn't
option Kaffeine 2.0.9. It works - I didn't check on window menu but only Ubuntu
menu bar.

There are several bugs on Kaffeine related to subtitles that got fixed up to
Kaffeine version 2.0.5. So, if you're running Kaffeine 2.0.1, as you reported
when you opened this BZ, upgrading it to a newer ver
