Yes, I am. With a scale factor of 2 (detected from xrandr settings I think),
and a "QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=1" environment variable.

It doesn't seem to depend on the font. I tried multiple other fonts, but the
spelling mistake line didn't appear.
