Multiple copies of the same file are opened when I open them via search
results. It appears to happen all the time now, though it never used to -- some
update early this year, or late last year perhaps.
1. Open a file.
2. Search for something that includes that file
3. Double-click to open file
4. Second copy opens
5. Double-click other result in file
6. Third copy opens
The copies are not linked, but independent versions -- changes in one do not
update the other.
