SUMMARY
The LSP plugin cannot find the TexLab LSP server
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have texlab.exe on PATH
2. Open Kate.
3. Enable LSP plugin.
4. Open .tex file.
OBSERVED RESULT
A pop-up shows which tells you that the LSP could not be started.
EXPECTED RESULT
The LSP should start without errors.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10/Kate installer (not from the store)
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.66.0
Qt Version: 5.14.0
