Looked at bug list: Bug 388314 Status: RESOLVED FIXED.Yet is not fixed for me.
Issue happened after fixing other issue:

Additional info: Software Manager lists Kate version as: Version
4;17.12.3-0ubuntu1 Mint 19.3 Cinnamon 32 Bit. Yet when
when clicking on Submit Bug Report in Kate, version is 17.12.3
