SUMMARY
When changing between tabs with files from different directories, the terminal
plugin doesn't automatically cd into each directory as it did before.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two files from different directories;
2. Open the terminal plugin;
3. Change between tabs.
OBSERVED RESULT
The working path stays set to the directory of the file in the first tab.
EXPECTED RESULT
The terminal should adjust the working directory to match each tab.
