QCacheGrind works great on macOS but when I try to use "Export Graph" in the
File menu, or "Export Graph > As Image..." in the contextual menu on the call
graph, it attempts to execute `xdg-open`. On macOS, it should just execute
`open`.
I confirmed that `ln -s /usr/bin/open /usr/local/bin/xdg-open` worked around
the problem.
(As an aside, I think the File menu and contextual menu should have the same
options for exporting.)
