Solution:
Removed this file: ~/.kde/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc
Here is the plasma-desktop-appletsrc file that would prevent 2 monitor from
completing the kde login process and also cause kdeinit to co

complete.

The work around at this time is to remove the below file. However, the login
process should recognize that the # of screens changed and the configs should
be adjusted for this scenario.
