            Bug ID: 392955
Summary: add effects -- rearragement AUDIO
           Product: kdenlive
           Version: 17.12.0
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: User Interface
          Assignee: j...@kdenlive.org
          Reporter: j...@cspv.hu
  Target Milestone: ---

it would be very useful if we didn't have to
make the long route to audio effects like:
"add effect" -> "audio... (aha) correction"

but could go straight to "+eff: audio correction"... (or audio, or audio
channels)

PLUS, AUDIO correction could be named: "audio volume"... or "AU. volume"

in which the submenu (now) "volume" could be named: "set volume" ...

= = = = = = = = = = = = =
or ANOTHER WAY perhaps:

"add effect" could be divided like "add effect AUDIO" and "add effect VIDEO",
below each other...

= = = = = =
or YET another possible way perhaps:

add effect could bring up a floating small window...
(or a window area in the properties list area)

where we could go AUDIO / VIDEO ..
or even: AUDIO volume, AUDIO channels, AUDIO effects ... (directly)
AND video correction, video colors, video levels (color corrections)

// AND there could be a short-key to make the effect selection panel appear ..

sorry for the length :)
