If you used a previous windows version, Kdenlive might try to access the old
melt. Can you go to Settings > environment and check that all paths points to
the correct directory in your 18.04 version

I used the zip version, therefore I think there is no windows path setting,
right? Where can I found the settings in Kdenlive? Is there a confit file?

As I mentionned, go in kdenlive' Settings menu > Configure Kdenlive
There is a page called Environnment where the path to melt and melt profiles
are defined. Try changing them to the path where you unzipped
