For anyone who face the same problem:
1. Uninstall the your Kdenlive 17
2. Install the latest Kdenlive 18
3. Create new project in Kdenlive 18
4. Create Proxy Clip for each clip

Ah. Sorry. I just realized something.
First time I made the video, it is on Kdenlive 17. Then, when I realized the
problem, I upgraded my Kdenlive to version 18.
I opened my Kdenlive 17's file on Kdenli

Thanks for your report. Could you please create a new project as described
using your 3840x1920 settings, drop the video in it, save the project and
attach the .kdenlive project file to this bug report ?
