SUMMARY
The speed option that's shown here:
https://userbase.kde.org/Kdenlive/Manual/Effects/Motion/Speed is completely
missing from the menu, the only option is Freeze, which is the other Motion
effect in the manual.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Timeline > Add effect > Motion
2. Look for Speed
3. Notice Speed is missing
