Actually, i have tried both apt and flatpak but they showed the same output as
the log. I ran flatpak run "kdenlive id". I have also installed kdenlive on
kali linux rolling 2021.1 via flatpak and it gave the same log.

Could it be that you have GPU acceleration enabled? If so, please switch off
GPU acceleration and try again. GPU acceleration is not stable and let Kdenlive
crash.
