Scrrenshot showing black border color instead white selected

SUMMARY
I tried to add a white frame around pictures in a project, however, "Draw box"
ignore any color selected and always draws border in black.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a picrure to timeline
2. Add "Transform" effect to picture and reduce picture size, to show all
content, and rotate slightly
3. Add "Draw box" effect to picture and move this effect over "Transform"
4. Select "Draw box" effect properties, change "Thickness" to 15 and color to
white

OBSERVED RESULT
Color of border always black

EXPECTED RESULT
Color should change to selected color
