SUMMARY

While using a "Final" sequence, my nested sequences (such as "Sequence1",
"Sequence2" etc) intermittently lose their visual FX.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Unknown, but attached offending project archive, sans video
OBSERVED RESULT
FX from nested sequences don't appear in "Final" sequence, such as motion FX
blur, fades, etc.
EXPECTED RESULT
I expect sequences to default to identical appearance and sound as to their
nested counterparts

Windows: 10
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I was told to include "mediainfo" however I do not know how to do that. Please
advise. I excluded all media because it contains sensitive information and
won't fit in the 4MB limit anyway
May be same as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=473274 - if you don't count
the OS difference
