When Main Toolbar and Debugger Toolbar are floating in area tool configuration
= 'Debug Launch F9' and the toolbars are 'Icons only', then the toolbars become
empty (no visible icons) and when the focus is back to the main debug frame of
KDevelop, then they disappear completely.
As work-around, needed to attach them back to the frame. Stop debugger view and
start it again.
Environment: openSuse Leap 42.3 in VirtualBox 5.2.12
