When called with the wrong number of arguments, --menu issues incorrect usage
instructions:
Syntax: --menu text [tag item] [tag item] ...
Since this dialog type requires at least one tag and item, the instructions
should actually be as follows:
Syntax: --menu text tag item [tag item] ...
