Error when attempting to launch KDiff3 version 1.11.1 under WIndows 10.
SUMMARY
Version 1.11.1 appears to be broken on Windows using this installer found at
https://download.kde.org/stable/kdiff3/kdiff3-1.11.1-windows-x86_64.exe.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Clean install using the above installer (Uninstall existing version; reboot
Windows; check if any remaining files are in C:\Program Files\KDiff3 and remove
them; run installer)
2. Open KDiff3.
OBSERVED RESULT
An error is shown (see the attached screenshot)
EXPECTED RESULT
KDiff3 should start without any errors.
